Changing the way NHS prescriptions are given in North West London

I suppose there are pros and cons for what is being proposed.An average person who is working and is given a prescription which they would have to pay over eight pounds for a cream that you can buy over the counter for three pounds, I suppose the changes may work.On the present system the over Sixty's do not pay for prescriptions, but that could change if certain over the counter products were not prescribed, they would have to start paying for a product on a limited budget.Or maybe there is another solution, get Scotland and Wales to pay their way to support the NHS by starting to charge for prescriptions, these countries are draining the NHS dry.

As so often with these 'consultations', you can't comment without opening an account and giving them all your details. Enough people have my details already, thanks.Is this done to ensure that as few people as possible comment so they can do what they want and say that nobody objected?

Perhaps the reason behind why customers are being asked to fill out a questionaire when collecting prescriptions from Morrisons pharmacy.However, customers are not asked if they mind or want to. The assistant just starts asking questions and fills out a form that they then ask the customer to sign.Apparently they get paid for each questionaire completed.
