Well at least they know where to get the materials and a bag or two of cement !But I hope these idiots get dealt with and made to pay in doing the labouring work for as long as it takes. Rather than bunging them in prison.

My understanding is that the dreadful accident happened at Wyke Green...a car crashing at seeming speed into the roadside building of SECCOMBES THE BUILDER MERCHANTSwho occupy the old historic buildings of the former Wyke Farm.
