I think who is in charge of and funding major infrastructure work in this country AND its regular maintenance should be the question!

The TfL website is showing the 65 on diversion for this but I'm not sure that it actually is at present.

It seems that there must have been some shortcomings in the M4 construction work back in the early 1960s.Who pays for these continuing repairs. There seem to be no end to it's seeming failure
